I chose a meme well known in 2017, and that is the “Arthur’s fist” meme. Looking at it, it looks like it has nothing to do with music, but that is where you are wrong. This meme can be used for ANYTHING.
Knowyourmeme.com explained Arthur’s Fist as a reaction image featuring a screen capture of the protagonist Arthur from the titular children’s television series holding a clinched fist, which is often accompanied by captions describing various infuriating or frustrating circumstances.
I wanted to use this in my blog as a way to meme a frustrating experience we all have pertaining to music. “That feeling when your favorite song comes on the aux but the DJ changes it” would be my caption over the meme. We all go through it, we all hate it. You could be in the car, at a party, and whoever is dj-ing the aux changes the song as soon as your face lights up and the lyrics are about to pour out of your mouth.
I think this would help my blog because if I boosted my blog with this funny meme and shared it, people are more likely to click on it and open my blog to see what the full meme is and then stay on my blog and continue to view the rest of it.
